A customer of raumplus had noticed that not all colours were 100 percent original. That means that for instance the colour white of the classic interior system looks different on the screen than in the office. The same interior system appears a yellow tinged white in the office. There are several reasons for that, for example the lighting conditions.

The light source is very important. Today the sun and electrical light are the main sources of light. The different sources of light can have various temperatures; that means that day light has a higher amount of blue and electrical light has a higher amount of orange.

The consequences are that the colour seems more yellow, in fact, a photograph taken inside looks less natural depending on the quality of the camera. The second point is the handling of the picture. Due to the synthetic-schematic calculation of the light of the rdDesign-Program, the result is very unnatural. But a complex calculation of the light for a realistic presentation of the 3D design is being planned.

Also with the manual choice of the colour a mistake can happen, for example by the use of textures (virtual wall-paper which will be put on the wire frame model) because of the deviation of the colour display.

The adjustment and the qualitiy of the screen is also very important. The screen should be set up to get the best results. Because of the above-mentionend reasons deviations may occur but the team of rpDesign-development will do their best to get satisfactory results for you.
