The license is expired. What can i do?
Start the online firmware update. It will get the newest licence from our home server and extend the licence cycle automatically. The online firmware update you will find here: Windows start button → All Programs → raumplus > Online-Update .
What can i do, if the order via email is not possible? And the menu item is grey.
The order must be save at first before you can send via email. Therefore save the order file and retry again.
